HAIR TIPS

1. Adopt a Healthy Lifestyle

Here's what you can do to help your hair:
-Eat a healthy diet that's full of vitamins and nutrients.
-Stay hydrated by drinking at least eight glasses of water per day.
-Get plenty of sleep. Experts recommend 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
-Manage your stress with activities like exercise and meditation.
The more your nourish your body, the more you'll nourish your hair. If you've noticed a change in your hair's health, take a look at your lifestyle. There may be ways you can improve how you care for yourself that will help your hair, too.
2. Keep Your Hair Growing with Regular Trimming
Cutting unhealthy and split ends is necessary for fast growing healthy hair. Healthy hair should have a steady appointment to be trimmed at half an inch every six to eight weeks. Chemically processed hair should be trimmed every four to six weeks to stay healthy. Trims for hair that is growing out should be limited to eight weeks or every ten weeks. Growth will need extra time and require less of a trim than maintaining hair will.
3. Moisture, Moisture, Moisture
Moisturizing your hair is something that can’t be underestimated. Most people hair and scalp are dry by nature and needs proper and regular moisture. Do a little research on some shampoos and conditioners that fits your hair type and find what works best for you and keep your hair moist.
4. Less Manipulation

One of the keys to growing long healthy hair is reducing how much you manipulate it. Combing, brushing, and styling all add stress to your hair which causes breakage. Adopting a protective hairstyle will save your hair from pollution, dust, and the dangers of your excessive care.
5. Protective Hairstyles and Proper Night Hair Care
Protective hairstyles are anything that protects the ends of your hair and help decrease shedding, tangling, and breakage. Avoiding daily styling is one of the key things that will help you to see a difference in your hair.  The best choice for night hair care is covering your hair with a satin or silk headscarf or bonnet before going to bed. Wearing a satin or silk headscarf or bonnet not only keeps your edges looking fresh it also protects your roots from drying out when you sleep. It is also worth your money to invest in a set of silk pillow cases.
6. Don’t Use Heat Too Much
Heat causes loss of precious nutrients from your hair. It weakens your hair and eventually causes hair fall and dry, damaged hair. Minimize your use of hot iron for hair styling. If you have to use hot styling, make sure that styling iron doesn’t go beyond 400 F. Perfect temperature for hot hair styling is 365 F.
7. Choose Your Hair Tools Carefully
Watch what kind of tool selections you choose to style your hair. Certain combs and brushes are good at taking your lovely hair out of your head every time you use them. Use styling tools that don’t pull, tug or drag the hair and you will be fine.
8. Condition Your Hair Regularly
Hair conditioning makes sure that your hair is properly nourished and has all the necessary nutrients for healthy growing hair. You will also need a good leave-in conditioner and deep conditioner as well. Deep conditioning the hair is vital to good healthy growth and should be done at least once a month. Remember when your hair is moist you can retain more of it due to less dryness and breakage.
10. Wear Gentle Styles
The hairstyle you choose can be one of the factors of your hair loss. Avoid tight, painful styles which can potentially cause permanent damage to your hair and scalp. Beauty shouldn't hurt.
